Return & Refund Policy

At Zaritales, we take pride in offering premium-quality women’s clothing and accessories. As our products are fashion and lifestyle items, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product you received is damaged or tampered
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or spoiled on arrival (rare)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fashion and apparel products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind, preference, or style dislike

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or care

  • Products purchased during sale events, discounts, or special promotions

All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The replacement product is unavailable
  • A wrong or damaged item cannot be exchanged

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Returns or refunds are not eligible if the delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • Customer not available to receive the package
  • Packages returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If approved, cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number or email
  • Clear photos/videos of the product issue
